● Each team gets a scenario with 3 response options; only 1 is the most strategic.

● Elimination: Top 12 fastest and highest-scoring teams move to Round 2
● Each team gets a surprise product (e.g., car, bike, house) and must sell it in a 3-minute
pitch.
● Teams are divided into Team Sellers & Team Buyers, then swap roles after presentations.
● Objective: Convince buyers/judges to “buy” your product creatively and persuasively.
● No buying after the last pitch is allowed.
● Skipping or refusing to sell leads to disqualification.
● Elimination: Top 6 teams move to Round 3.
● Surviving teams enter an auction house in Hawkins.
● They bid with virtual money to “hire candidates” (with given skills/experience cards).
● The aim: build a complete and balanced company team within the given budget.
● Points for: quality of hires, role balance, unused money.
● Elimination: Top 3 teams with the best-structured company.
● Teams of 2 members.
● Expected participation: 25–30 teams (first round online can handle larger numbers).
